	Rain wetting One of the best times for a walking tour is during or immediately after a rainfall. Here we see uneven wetting of masonry and concrete. This building is not doing well in the rain. The designer has failed to keep the rain away from the walls. This relatively new building can expect a variety of water problems in the future.
	As shown in the second picture, unnecesary horizontal projections are to be avoided; dirt, snow and rain accumulate here, washing down the faces of the building facade and marring it.
